Sending a device for diagnosis
Below are the steps you need to follow to send your storage medium to our laboratory for file recovery.

It is important to know that at TicTac, we have received the best reviews from our customers regarding our services.
Step 1: Preparing the storage medium
Place your storage device (hard drive, USB, etc.) in an antistatic case (if available). Then, place the case in bubble wrap to prevent shaking during transport.
The diagnostic form should be inside the package. You should fill in as much information as you know and sign it where required.
Please download this Diagnostic form for any storage media or smartphone, and fill it out.
Step 2: Free shipping via Speedex Courier
Our company collaborates nationwide with Speedex Courier, and through it, we cover the shipping costs from your location to our laboratory.
- For pickup from your location, call Speedex Courier at tel. 801 11 00011 to arrange pickup anywhere in Greece (it can be delivered to us the next day)
- You can visit a Speedex store (see the map of Speedex stores here) and immediately deliver your package with a recipient charge (it will be delivered to us the next business day).
- In the package you send us, you will inform Speedex that it is done with the recipient charge (i.e., we assume the cost of shipping to our laboratory), and you do not pay anything.

Step 3: Start diagnostic check
Our team will review your device. You’ll receive our estimate for the service via email after the engineer completes the analysis. At every stage of the process, we maintain high standards of data security and confidentiality so that your information remains completely protected.
Upon initiation of the case, you will receive an email with access codes to our information system, where you can view your history and communicate directly with our engineer.
Once the recovery is complete, we send you your files.
If not all have been recovered, you will be sent a list of recovered files, which you can also check via AnyDesk/TeamViewer.
