Customer data stored in the TicTac DRaaS service is stored in Amazon storage and uses a back-to-back contract under the Amazon AWS terms.
No third party has access to the data as long as a password has been activated by the customer.

TicTac DRaaS Infrastructure guarantees 99.9999% availability as data is stored on multiple Servers to guarantee its availability.
As an AWS partner, we have adopted leading security standards, such as Military-Grade 256-AES Encryption, to meet all known regulations.
Data Encryption
Data is encrypted with 256-bit AES SSL Data Transfer and 256-bit AES encryption on Multi-Coated Servers, adhering to all the latest security regulations. Users can also set 2FA and grant specific permissions to sub-users.
Multi-Factor Authentification
An extra security measure, Multi-Factor Authentication, is used in addition to the user’s password.
This means the user can access their files, and no one else can access them if they activate the 2FA option in the settings. Every time they log in, they are asked for their 2-factor password in addition to their password.
