Recover photos after a factory reset
Some older devices can be restored to factory settings. Newer devices cannot be restored to factory settings.
We can help with cases involving old Android mobile phones from version 4 and older and iOS devices like iPhone 4S and older.
WARNING: When recovering data on mobile phones, there is a risk to the device.
You should be aware that some methods we use to hack a phone, read the internal memory, retrieve deleted data, or read the phone are invasive.
This means we cannot guarantee the integrity of the device’s proper functioning after recovery. You should leave the phone with us, knowing it may not work after recovery. The odds of the device not working are less than 3%, but you should be aware of this.
Also, even in cases where the device works afterward, it may lose its warranty, meaning that some indication may appear on the mobile phone that it has lost its warranty. This is because we may need to install an older version of the mobile operating system to achieve recovery and then reinstall the one we had.
Problems that may arise on the mobile phone after recovery include:
- Activate the device’s Warranty Bit: The message “Warranty bit is set” should appear every time the device starts.
- The device cannot be restarted. This rarely happens, and most of the time, the mobile phone can be returned to a mobile phone repair center at an extra cost. Our company does not undertake the repair of mobile phones.
- The device gets stuck in a Boot Loop: It will reboot continuously without being able to restore the operating system. It can usually be repaired at an external repair center.
- The device cannot be started at all, and cannot be repaired at all. Our company is not responsible, as the customer should be aware of the risks from the beginning (less than 0.5% of cases).

What customers who got their data back say about us:
I lost my photos. What should I do?
The most important thing in recovering data from any device is the expertise and method used by the technician or technical company.
It is common for owners of problematic storage media to try to fix the issue themselves or turn to inexperienced people, resulting in even more damage, reducing the chances of data recovery.
That’s why, when critical files are lost, it’s so important to choose carefully who will handle your storage media.
